The Foreign Office representative, Mr W. M. Strang is engaged in consultations with the authorities in London. which may necessitate delaying his departure for Moscow until Monday. The British Ambassador to France, Sir Eric Cripps, who is spending a few days in London, called at the Foreign Office today advantage being taken of his visit for consultations as to the French attitude regarding the Russian negotiations. ■
