.TRAGEDY ON FARM * MAN FOUND DROWNED. (“Times-Age” Special.) A single man, Mr Ernest William Merritt, aged about 66, who has for the past 12 months been on the farm of Mr Charles Holmes, Hinakura, near Martinborough, was found drowned in a water-hole by his house yesterday. It is believed 'he had relatives in Clive, Hawke’s Bay An inquest will probably be held tomorrow. GOLF CLUB MEDAL COMPETITION RESULTS.
