Mrs Mary Jane Bourne, and Mrs Emily Wilkinson, of Hall Avenue, Wombwell, Yorks, lived as neighbours for 50 years before they discovered they were cousins. The first picture postcard sold in Great Britain changed hands on the summit of Snowdon in 1894 .
