The newspapers reveal further details of German intervention in the Spanish war. They declare that late in July, 1936, a number of Junkers 40-seaters flew from Berlin to Seville and began carrying Moors to Spain. It is reported that they brought over 15,000 troops during the war, Fighting planes, heavy anti-aircraft batteries and tanks left Germany for Spain in September, and German troops began arriving at Cadiz in November.
