BIRTHDAY PARTY

MISS JOAN HOOD. (“Times-Age" Special.) A very enjoyable gathering was held at the Kahutara Hall recently when Miss Joan Hood celebrated her 21st birthday. Dancing was indulged in and musical items provided, Mr N. Graham contributing several. Te Tau’s Orchestra supplied the music for the dancing. Mr S. Benton proposed the health of Miss Hood and presented her with a key. Mr F. Hood replied on behalf of his daughter. After supper dancing was continued.
