MT. HOLDSWORTH HUT

Ot-FICIAL OPENING TOMORROW. LARGE GATHERING ANTICIPATED. To be in attendance tomorrow at the official opening of the new Mount Holdsworth Hut. erected on the snow line during the summer months, members of the Heretaunga Tramping Club, Messrs D. Callow, F. Green, D. Shepherd, J. Collins and Miss June Budd, arrived in Masterton from Hastings early this morning. After lunching at Carterton tney will set out this afternoon for the Hut. It is expected that a large number of trampers will be present at the new hut over the weekend. Members of the Tararua, Mjanawatu, Hut-Valley and Ruc-Sac tramping clubs have signified their intention of being present, as well as a large number of members of the Wairarapa Tramping Club Some will go up to the Hut this afternoon, and the remainder tomorrow morning.
