TE Whin
ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL DANCE. (“Times-Age” Special.) The dance held in the Te Whiti Hall on Saturday night attracted a large number of patrons from many parts ol the district, an additional bus being necessary to convey visitors to the gathering. Mr L. Pike was a capable M.C. and bright music was played by Te Tau’s Melody Makers. Miss Jackson and Mr Salisbury won the Monte Carlo waltz and Miss Hanley and partner the Lucky Spot competition. A novelty dance for the Te Whiti Cup was won by Miss McNamara and D. Te Tan.
