THOUSANDS ACCEPT OFFER. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, May 1. Many thousands thronged the post offices to avail themselves of Cable and Wireless Company’s offer of free messages. Early morning cables were handed in at the rate of 5000 an hour for Australia alone.
