TE WHITI

AN ENJOYABLE DANCE. (“Times-Age” Special.) A most successful dance was held at the Te Whiti Hall on Saturday night. There was a large .attendance of dancers. The Monte Carlo waltz competition was won by' Miss Ruoe and Mr Daly and the Lucky Spot contest’ by Mr and Mrs R. Thompson. The Te Whiti Cup was awarded to Miss Susie Stevenson and S. Reiri. Two songs contributed by Miss Peggy Broughton were much appreciated. Mr L. Pike proved a capable M.C.-. The music was supplied by Mrs Te Tau and her Rhythm Boys. ,
