DAIRY FACTORY SUPPLIERS. MILK FOR WELLINGTON. (“Times-Age” Special.). There was a large attendance of suppliers at the special meeting of the Greytown Co-operative Dairy Co held in the Fire Brigade Hall last night. It was decided to supply milk to the Milk Suppliers Association in Wellington, commencing on May 17. Death of War Veteran. The death occurred at the Buchanan Home, Grey town, on Wednesday of Mr James Wylie, at the age of 75 years. The late Mr Wylie had been in the home since 1933. He served in the South African forces during the Boer War, and was awarded the King’s and Queen’s medals. The funeral took place at Greytown yesterday. The coffin was draped with the Union Jack. Messrs J. W. Barnard, H. G. Carter, G. Robinson and G. Scrimgeour represented the Returned Soldiers. The Rev Canon Sykes-officiat-ed at the graveside.
