FIRE BOARD ESTIMATES
«. EXPENDITURE DROP ON LAST YEAR. Under its estimates as approved at last night’s meeting, expenditure by the Masterton Fire Board for the ensuing year is to amount to £3,891. as compared with an expenditure last year of £3967. a decrease of £76. The Masterton Borough Council and the insurance companies will each contribute £l9OB. as compared with £2005 last year. The Government subsidy will amount to £75.
