FARMER TAKES HIS LIFE
ILL HEALTH & MENTAL DEPRESSION. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WAIPUKURAU. This Day. Charles Septimus Sabin, a farmer of Ruatamwha. near Waipawa, aged 69. was found dead on his farm yesterday morning, with a shotgun beside his body. He had been in ill health for some time and suffering from acute mental depression. Ho was a single man. residing with his sister and niece. At an inquest today, the verdict was .that death was caused by a self-inflict-ed wound, while Sabin was under severe mental stress.
