ORDER OF FORESTERS

COURT LOYAL ENTERPRISE. FORTNIGHTLY MEETING OF MEMBERS. The fortnightly meeting of Court Loyal Enterprise, Ancient Order of Foresters, was held on Monday evening. The Chief Ranger, Bro C. A. Leigh, presided over a good attendance of members. The secretary, Bro. G. Scrivener, submitted the quarterly report and balance sheet which was unanimously adopted. Bro R. Walker reported on the sick members, and stated that all were progressing favourably. Bro J. Barr reported on the monthly meeting of the Dispensary Board. A committee, consisting of Bros Leigh, Scrivener, Smith, Gardiner and Barr, was appointed to co-operate with Court Kopuaranga in obtaining the necessary data in connection with the publication of a booklet giving the history of the society’s activities in theWairarapa. The booklet should prove of great interest to all Foresters young and old. Sick pay and accounts amounting to £174 2s 9d were passed for payment.
