YOUNG FARMERS
MASTERTON CLUB ACTIVITIES. JUDGING & DEBATING TEAMS. At a meeting of the executive of the Masterton Young Farmers’ Club a list was drawn up of members who would be able to take pari in the South Island tour. Any further members whe desired to make the trip were asked to communicate with the secretary, Mr C. Mackay. The following team was appointed tc judge at the Wairarapa Training Famon April 26: —Romneys, Messrs A. P. Southey, J. S. Mackay, J. West; Southdowns, Messrs W. A. C. Perry, H. Bannister. D. McLachlan; Clydesdales. Messrs G. Blatchford, B. McKenzie, C Wyeth; dairy cattle, Messrs E. Henderson, H. Miller, K. McGillivray. Messrs G. Blatchford, D. McGregoi and J. S. Mackay were appointed f team to take part in a debate with the Martinborough Club. Final arrangements were made for a dance to be held in conjunction with the provincial judging team. Anyone wishing to receive an invitation is asked to communicate with the secretary, ’phone 400 M.
