WELLINGTON SALE. PRICES EASIER. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. At the sale of sheepskins and hides held yesterday by the Wellington brokers. competition was keen and practically the whole of the offering was sold. Prices were inclined to be easier. Sheepskins: All grades were lower by about jd a lb. Hides: Heavy ox were in demand and improved by about Id to Id a lb; medium weights were fully firm, while light ox cow and kip declined by 1 -Bd. to 3-8 a lb; yearlings and calf were general!j’ unchanged. There was no demand for tallow.
