GOLD MINING RETURNS.

Formal resolutions that the Waihi Grand Junction Gold Co, Ltd., should be wound up voluntarily were carried unanimously at an extraordinary general meeting held in London last month. The chairman. Mr W. P. Gauvain. stated that the company had accumulated funds which would enable the liquidator to distribute a satisfactory amount on each share.
