MAGISTRATE’S COURT

FORTNIGHTLY MASTERTON SITTING. CIVIL BUSINESS. Judgment for plaintiff by default was given in the following undefended civil claim by Mr H. P. Taylor the sum of £8 3s 9d forthwith in default eight days’ imprisonment, warrant to be suspended so long as defendant pays 2s 6d a week; David Mabey was ordered to pay Frank McKellar the! sum of £5 14s 6d forthwith in default six days’ imprisonment.
