WORKERS’ MUTUAL BENEFIT. BALLOT AND SALE HELD LAST NIGHT. Mr R. Krahagen, chairman, presided over a fair attendance of shareholders of the No. 2 Workers’ Mutual' Benefit Building Society last evening for the purpose of allocating £4OO by ballot and £4OO by sale in the No. 2 Society and £BOO by sale in the B Group. The successful shareholder in the ballot was Mr H. Evans, Kopuai'anga. The sum of £4O was accepted for the £4OO by sale, and the sum of £315 for the sale of £BOO by tender.
