EGG YOKE AND WHITE
A COOKING HINT. If a little of the egg-yolk becomes mixed with the white, and prevents the latter from beating to a froth; dip a cloth in warm water, wring it dry, and touch the yolk with a corner of the cloth. The yolk will adhere, and is removed easily.
