HELP FOR EX-SOLDIERS
MEETING OF CLAIMS BOARD. Mr Duncan McGregor presided over this week’s meeting of the Claims Board of the Wairarapa Patriotic Association. There were also present Messrs H. J. Brass, W. G. Lamb, R. R. Burridge and T. F. Watson. Applications were received from two cx-soldiers for financial assistance. One applicant was granted assistance and in the case of the other the matter was deferred pending further information.
