FEARS OF FURTHER OUTRAGES MANY RAIDS BY POLICE. VITAL POINTS GUARDED. (Independent Cable Service.) LONDON, March 3. Scotland Yard officials are convinced that'the explosives used at the Willesden aqueduct came from a dump of seven tons available to I.R.A. members at any time. Two hundred and fifty detectives conducted 70 raids yesterday and more are being carried out early today. Additional guards are being placed at electricity stations, airports, Government offices and reservoirs.
