A message from Burgos reports that Cabinet has re-established the law exempting all Church property from taxation. . Cabinet has appointed Marshal Petain as Ambassador to General Franco. GRAIN FROM ARGENTINE. ' BUENOS AIRES, March 2. The Government has announced that it has arranged a credit shipment of 7,300,000 bushels of wheat, 1,350,000 bushels of oats and 555,000 bushels of rye to Nationalist Spain.
