RIFLE SHOOTING

M ASTERTON-OPAKI CLUB. GOOD SCORING RECORDED. Consistently good shooting placed H. King at the head of the list in Saturday’s competition shoot of the Master-ton-Opaki Rifle Club. This marksman had hard 'luck in just missing possibles at the first two stages. The only possible for the day was scored by Wrigley. Conditions favoured high scoring as seen by the results and four competitores either exceeded or reached the club limit of 141. The very brilliant light made sighting somewhat difficult for some of the shooters. Details are: —
