FAREWELL GATHERING. ("Times-Ace” Special.) A gathering of Tablelands residents and friends of■ Miss Topsy Taylor was held at Mrs Taylor’s residence at “Spring Grove” on Saturday evening in order to entertain Miss Taylor prior to her departure for a position in Wellington'. The evening was spent in games and dancing and supper was served. Miss Taylor was the recipient of a silver serviette ring. The Rev. F. O. Ball is attending a military camp at Waiouru. Mrs Ball is visiting Paraparaumu during his absence.
