CONTROL OVER FRONTIER AREAS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day. 1.25 p.m.) BERLIN. February 23. A decree has reduced the size of the Western Gorman area in which the entry of foreign military authorities is prohibited and extends the eastern areas, including the borders, of Mernel and Lithuania, the eastern side of the Polish Corridor, and the North Sea islands of Baltrum, Norderney and Heligoland.
