MISS MURIEL JACKSON

GUEST AT ENJOYABLE FUNCTIONS.

The Wangaehu Tennis and Social Clubs gave a Kitchen Tea on Saturday evening in honour of Miss Muriel Jackson, who is to be married shortly. The evening was spent in dancing. Mr D. McGregor, in asking Miss Jackson to accept the numerous gifts, wished her every happiness in her future life.

Mr Burne suitably replied on behalf of Miss Jackson. Miss Joan McKenzie was the hostess when a number of friends gathered recently at an afternoon tea tendered to Miss Muriel Jackson. A very enjoyabletime was spent by all present, and a number of beautiful gifts were received by Miss Jackson who suitably replied to the good wishes extended to her.
