FIVE PERSONS ARRESTED.
CHARGES OF POSSESSING EXPLOSIVES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 12.20 p.m.) LONDON, January 29. Police raided the Irish quarter in Liverpool and arrested five persons, including a father and two sons, on charges of posessing explosives. Documents and an army signalling apparatus were seized by the police.
