Special precautions, including increased police guards for their Majesties who are at present at Sandringham, and for the British and Eire Ministers, were instituted at the weekend after the disclosure that terrorists, allegedl}' belonging to the Irish Republican Army, had planned to renew the bombing outrages. Special detectives are shadowing I.R.A. leaders throughout Eire where a big round-up is expected shortly. The Premier. Mr De Valera, and the President, Dr Hyde, are guarded day and night.
