BEAUTY FROM EGGS

A SIMPLE SHAMPOO. For a shampoo, heat up the yolk of an egg and massage it into the hair when it is already wetted with hot water. Treat it as a simple shampoo, and make a lather. Fnish with a tablespoonful of vinegar in the rinsing water. The white of the egg only is used in the mask. Whisk it as you would for a souffle, until it stands alone. Make your face perfectly clean and ready with soap and water, or warm olive oil; it depends upon whether your skin is a dry or oily one. Then spread the foam thickly on the face with your fingers. Keep :it on for about half an hour and then bathe it off with tepid water. It has a tightening, youth-giving effect on the skin. The skin will look its best some hours after the treatment.
