Ejler Pontopidan, a barrister, has been arrested and accused of copying secret police documents for the Nafr.is. A detective was also arrested and charged with abetting. The arrests follow a case in which Pontopidan defended the Danish Nazi leader Clausen, who was fined £lO for falsely accusing'the Minister of Justice of smuggling ‘ undesirable aliens into Denmark. Pontopidan, during the hearing, revealed details of police documents.
