A new form of government is announced, embracing three social classes, namely, agriculturalists, free professions and workers, of whom eight representatives from each will compose lhe principal council, exercising executive power. A second council of 150 members will have advisory powers. A semi-military organisation, known as the National Guard, is being formed, in which women will have their own section. Its slogan will be: “For King and country, work and faith.”
