Accompanying the British Ministers to Rome next week will be Lord Cadogan, Foreign Under-Secretary, Mr Maurice Ingram, head of the Southern European Department of the Foreign Office, Mr O. Cleverly, private secretary to Mr Chamberlain, Mr Oliver Harvey, private secretary to Lord Halifax, and Mr Chamberlain’s Parliamentary private secretary, Lord Dunglash.
