Ten thousand Austrian German Sudeten refugees are leaving Czechoslovakia as the first step of a scheme for large-scale State-aided emigration, largely financed from the British ten millions loan.

Five thousand Jews, for whom certificates have already been granted, will go' to Palestine, but definite arrangements have been made for only one thousand of the five thousand Germans. These are going to Canada. The other four thousand are being distributed between various South American States.
