Sy Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received This Day, 12.55 p.m.) LONDON, January 4. “The Times” Warsaw correspondent quotes ostensibly authoritative political officials from Prague as stating that M. Chvalkovsky (Czech Foreign Minister) has postponed his visit to Berlin because of hew demands by Germany which a section of the Government is unwilling to accept. The demands include a military alliance, under which Czechoslovakia would place ten division at the disposal of Germany in case of need.
