LONGBUSH

■ ■ ' ’ SCHOOL BREAK-UP. ' (“Times-Age” Special.) A very enjoyable, evening was spent at the Longbush School recently, when the school had its annual breaking-up. The children, who were in fancy dress, entertained with folk dances and songs. Edna Palmer, Trevor Weber, lan Scott, and Russell Rutherford contributed recitations. Later Father Christmas handed the children presents from a beautifully decorated tree. After supper dancing was enjoyed by all, the musicians being Mr Benbow and Mr Palmer. The singing of Auld Lang Syne brought the happy gathering to a close.
