BOWLING
MASTERTON CLUB. CLUB COMPETITIONS. (Notes by “The Bowler.”) The date fixed for the completion of the second round in the champion singles, champion pairs, and handicap singles is Saturday, December 24. The first round of the champion fours, must be played tomorrow afternoon, after the completion of Ihe club fours. Mr George Hayne has been appointed the official coach to the Masterton Club, and any bowler requiring instruction in the game can make arrangements to meet Mr Hayne on the bowling green on any Saturday afternoon at 1 o’clock.
