ITALIANS IN SPAIN
REPORTED CONCENTRATIONS NEAR FRENCH FRONTIER. PARIS, December 9. Travellers report concentrations of Italian troops near the French frontier of General Franco’s territory which may be intended for General Franco’s push, but equally might be part of Signor Mussolini’s campaign against France.
It is stated that 10,000 Italians have been drafted to the province of Logrono.
