V/hat is believed to be record prize money was allotted last night by the committee appointed by the Marlborough Rowing Association to conduct the New Zealand championship regatta on Picton Harbour on February 11. .The sum of £252 is to be divided among eleven events. The prizes for the championship races, fours and eights, will be £4O, £lO and £5; in the single and double sculls and pairs £ 15 and £5 and in the Marlborough Plate (fours), £lB and £5.
