SUIT FOR DIVORCE

The film actress Helen Vinson has filed suit for divorce from the tennis player Fred Perry, alleging cruelty. She charged that he frequently cursed her and neglected his social obligations. She asks for a division of their communal property, which is valued at 74,400 dollars.
