The “Daily Telegraph’s’ ’diplomatic correspondent says it is likely that the Argentine and Brazil will take Jewish refugees if finance can be arranged. No progress could be reported on securing financial concessions from Germany, despite British, American and French representations. It is understood that the question will be discussed with Herr von Ribbentrop during his Paris visit, which, it is officially announced, will be on December 6.
