ERROR OF JUDGMENT
CAUSE OF REGINA AIR MAIL CRASH. FINDING OF INQUIRY BOARD. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 1.20 p.m.) OTTAWA, December 2, The Board of Inquiry declares that the Regina air mail crash was due to error of judgment by the pilot, J. M. Imrie, who was killed, with the copilot, Ralph Herald, by failing to secure one thousand feet altitude immediately after leaving Regina for Vancouver. The investigation revealed that the plane, after a quarter of a mile, hit the ground, rose five hundred feet and crashed on its nose.
