SYDNEY SALES. JAPANESE ACTIVITY. J3y Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. SYDNEY, November 1. 1 At the wool sales today 12,043 bales were offered and 11,020 sold, also 1342 privately. Bidding was well sustained with more activity from the Japanese. The market was very firm at the late rates and good clearances were effected. Greasy merino made ,21|d, which is the best price this season.
