ADVOCACY OF CONTROL JN CANADA AS MEANS OF ALLAYING UNREST By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. WINNIPEG, October 31. The Canadian Council of Agriculture has sent a resolution to Ottawa, urging the Government to meet the prairie unrest and secession proposals by a plan to control all prices of farm produce and the supplies that farmers buy.
