HEALTH STAMPS
MASTERTON SALES DECLINE. PAST MONTH’S RECEIPTS. Sales of health stamps in Masterton are not nearly as good as they might be. As compared with last year’s returns at a corresponding period, the receipts this year show a substantial decrease. The stamps were placed on sale on October 1 and the receipts for the past month are £22, whereas in October last year £34 5s had been received from the sale of these stamps.
