MASTERTON CLUB TO ENTER JUNIOR ISAM ELECTION OF OFFICERS In view of the inconvenience a fifth senior team would have caused by necessitating byes, the Masterton Cricket Club, at a meeting last night, decided to enter a junior team only in the competitions this season; Several of the club’s leading senior players have joined other clubs, and the remaining players, with additional members, will form a junior team. Officers were elected as follow: — Patron, Mr J. Robertson, M.P.; president, Mr F. Turner; vice-president, Messrs R. J. Weir, W. Rae, A. H. Daniell and T. Longworth; secretary, Mr J. Heath; captain, Mr R. Boyce; vicecaptain. Mr G. Longworth; gear secretary, Mr C. Reid; management committee, captain, secretary and Messrs G. Young and G. Longworth.
