WAVE OF BUYING
LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE PRICES UP TO PRE-CRISiS LEVEL. MINES ESPECIALLY ACTIVE. (Received This Day. 12.15 p.m.) LONDON, September 30. Business on the Stock Exchange started half an hour earlier than usual. A wave of buying lifted prices to prc-crisis levels. The War Loan is now quoted at £lO2. German seven per cents went up nine points, and Czech Cigb' per cents were up eight points, while' industrials were strong and mines especially active.
