While preparations for an emergency have not been abandoned the partial leave granted to Territorials indicates the beginning of the end of exciting, foreboding days and a memorable week. Many London families, who went to the country early in the week, are returning and plans are being made for the return of evacuated school children. The Admiralty. War Offices and the Air Ministry, it is stated, have not yet decided to relax precautionary measures. The Archbishop of Canterbury has issued a call to prayer, appointing Sunday as a day of national thanksgiving. Cabinet met for less than an hour tonight. No further meeting has been arranged. /
