MARTINBOROUGH
ELECTION CAMPAIGN. (“Times-Age” Special.) On Monday afternoon last Mr J. F. Thompson, National Party candidate, visited Tawaha, where he was very enthusiastically received by the settlers and their wives. Mr Thompson spent a considerable time with the farmers inspecting the damage done by the recent floods. Afternoon tea was provided by Mesdames Alpe and Parsons, and Mr Thompson later left for Hinakura.
