POLISH HOPES
CAMPAIGN FOR RECOVERY OF TESCHEN DIPLOMACY AND PROPAGANDA. EXTENSIVE TROOP MOVEMENTS. (Received This Day, 12.5 p.m.) WARSAW, September 20. There is nothing now to prevent the return of the Polish minority in the Teschen district, says a semi-official newspaper. Colonel Beck (Foreign Minister) has received Count Von Moltke, German Ambassador and instructions have been issued to the Polish Ambassadors in London, Paris; Rome and Berlin to inform the respective governments of the Polish viewpoint regarding events in Czechoslovakia and the international situation resulting from them. The entire Polish Press supports the demand and declares that the area was separated from Poland against the will of its inhabitants and must be returned. It is reliably stated that Polish troop movements to the frontier during the past twenty-four hours have been extensive.
