ATTEMPT TO SOLVE ENTIRE EUROPEAN CRISIS. (Received This Day, 9.45 a.m.) PRAGUE, September 20. The Government has issued a communique stating that its decision will be based on the result of diplomatic negotiations now proceeding with all friendly States, especially with England and France. It was dealing not only with minorities, but aimed to solve the entire European crisis. The Government’s decision would protect the nation's life interests also the interests of the various national groups.
